That’s because there are many hospitals and clinics that are not equipped to treat you in a timely manner, and some hospitals will charge you for treatment.
If you have to go to a hospital for a treatment that’s not in the hospital’s network, you might not be able to get it without a referral.
You can also have to pay a fee for the treatment if it’s not within the hospital network.
